QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

He/She is responsible for the Sales&Business Development activities of the related product ranges within assigned territories.

Building Materals and Construction Chemicals knowledge is a big plus for this role.

· Plan periodic visits to existing and new potential customers within the region.

· Generate Leads within the network, web based Project research portals

· Develop sales channel through contractors, local dealers, distributors where necessary.

· Besides Project based hot Sales, develop relations with specifiers, designers, engineering practices to specify our system solutions for the projects/investments within the region.

· Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company’s products or service to customers

· Discuss project requirements with customers and engineers.

· Collaborate with HQ to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.

· Generate high quality sales leads, following up after intial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales and arranging deliveries.

· Research, develop and modify products to meet customers’s technical requirements and needs.

· Solicite and log client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.

· Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.

· Report periodically to the related senior management.


Background:

· Graduated from related engineering departmants. Civil Engineer or Material Engineer is preferred.

· Advanced level of English is a MUST.

· 2nd. language other than Turkish is NICE to HAVE for the position.

· Min. 3 years experience @ B2B technical sales and project management on site.

· Min. 3 years experience @ selling building materials, construction chemicals. Having good knowledge of concrete is a big plus.

· Min. 3 years experience at industrial projects, tunnels, mining projects, precast markets is a big advantange.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, sales skills

· The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers where required.

· Excellent technical and problem solving skills.

· Work closely with supporting functions within the organization such as Sales support, Operations, Product management, tech. Service and finance.

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
Turkish(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good) English(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good) Russian(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
