Our business partner is an exclusive distributor of leading global manufacturers of fragrances and ingredients; designed, patented, produced, and addressed to the industry of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food supplements, detergents, and winery.

For their office in Istanbul, they focus on the promotion, sales, and supply to the Turkish market of fragrances and specialty ingredients (active & functional ingredients) for the personal/beauty care industry, following their exclusive distribution agreements with global houses/manufacturers.

Scope of Responsibility

• Provides customers with general and specific information regarding our product portfolio, applications, documents, and presentations.
• Develops a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepares customized solutions to meet their objectives.
• Manages and guides the sales team and the lab technicians.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in: Cosmetology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any other related field.
• Strong interest in perfumery and product development (Marketing/R&D) is mandatory.
• 4-6 years of progressive business experience with a commercial and client coordination focus.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Great business acumen and orientation to results.
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
• Develops and maintains solid relationships with customers.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Willingness to travel/visit multiple clients on a territory basis (within the country).
• Possibility to travel outside of the country.
• Ability to communicate well and possess excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in computing skills such as Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Tech-savvy: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Very good command of the English language (proficiency level).
• Driving License: Type B.
