Ronesans Holding is targeting to recruit a Data Center Business Development and OperationsResponsible to be based in the headquarters in Ankara with the following qualifications;

Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience,
• Proficient in English,
• Strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinker, attentive, and good at time management,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Ankara,
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Center Operation Management,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• No travel restrictions,
• Knowledgeable about data protection laws and regulations such as GDPR and KVKK,
• Experienced in project planning and execution.

Job Description:

• Identify and engage potential clients for colocation services.
• Assist in creating and implementing business development strategies (with technical knowledge in areas such as IT infrastructure, connectivity.),
• Overview co-location services in the data center, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction,
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to clients about data center services and capabilities.
• Execution of capacity planning activities and oversee the operational aspects of customer onboarding and service delivery
• Following of security policies and procedures related to data center operations,
• Ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations,
• Realizing productivity targets,
• Enabling Customer Collaboration/ Visibility,
• Will perform reporting at specified intervals
