General Qualifications and Responsibilities

We are looking for a "Contract Engineer" for our company located in Ankara Gaziosmanpaşa.

Qualifications:

·         -Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering).

·         Proven experience (5 years) in contract management or related field, preferably within the construction industry.

·         Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles relevant to construction and engineering contracts.

·         Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.

·         Experience in quantity surveying and planning.

·         Knowledge of project monitoring and management.

·         Critical thinking skills and the ability to research and understand legal and financial implications.

·         Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

·         Liaise with the Legal Department to review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including subcontractor agreements, vendor agreements, and service agreements.

·         Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential legal or contractual issues related to project execution.

·         Work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to mitigate any risks or disputes that may arise during project implementation.

·         Provide guidance and support to project managers and stakeholders on contractual matters, including change orders, claims management, and dispute resolution.

·         Develop and maintain contract management processes, templates, and tools to streamline contract administration and ensure consistency across projects.
