We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst’ who is success-driven and always seeks new opportunities and solutions for moving forward and has responsibility for the IT Department.

Job Description: 

• Prepare technical analysis documents in accordance with the specified requirements
• Receiving and managing requests by communicating with internal/external customers
• Define delivery schedules and ensure execution to plan for assigned deliverables and lead small scale internal projects as necessary
• Manage business demands related to TMS/ERP systems, and follow up on system enhancements and bug fixes
• Acting as a bridge between developers and product owners
• Coordinating User Acceptance Tests(UAT)
• Verify the functionality and quality of the work done
• Writing and managing test cases and tracking defects

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in related fields such as; Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Engineering etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as Business Analysts
• Product/Project management experience within software development life cycle
• Good knowledge of formalized methods of software specifications. (Use case modeling, data modeling, interface specification)
• Having practical skills in MS SQL, MS Power BI and advanced Excel for developments, data processing and data analytics
• Experienced in multiple system integrations. (technical design and mapping preparations)
• Preferably using project management systems such as Jira or Trello
• Knowledge about various EDI technologies is a plus
• Analysis, documentation and test skills
• Motivated self-starter and team-player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
