Job Description:


    Market Research: Identifying potential markets for the company's products or services abroad, analyzing market trends, and assessing the demand for goods.
    Documentation: Managing the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for import activities, such as customs declarations, export licenses, invoices, and certificates of origin.
    Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating the various risks associated with international trade, including currency fluctuations, political instability, trade barriers, and supply chain disruptions.
    Negotiation: Negotiating terms of sale, payment, and delivery with overseas suppliers, distributors, or customers to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
    Relationship Management: Building and maintaining good relationships with business partners.
    Market Development: Developing strategies to expand the company's presence in foreign markets, including identifying new business opportunities, establishing distribution channels, and cultivating partnerships with local businesses.
    Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's foreign trade operations through process optimization, technology adoption, and performance metrics analysis.


Qualifications:


    The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of experience of a similar role.
    High level with Microsoft Office programs.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a disciplined and effective manner.
    Easily adjusting to flexible working hours.
    Excellent skills in Turkish both written and oral communication in a confident and highly professional manner.
    Good level of written and oral English proficiency / Preferably C1 level.
    1-3 years of experience in sales, business, and customer management.
    Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail.
    The ability to travel abroad without any constraint.
    Excellent written and verbal communication, customer facing skills.
    Excellent analytical mindset, problem solving and strong communication skills.
    Strong responsibility and ownership attitude, customer (service) oriented mindset is a must.
    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    Able to work in a team.
