We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to be assigned to the overseas projects of oour company, which provides services in the real estate sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or other Administrative Science departments from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience and construction sector experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of verbal and written in English and Turkish.
• Excellent command od Cost Accounting skills.
• Experienced in ERP programs.
• Excellent command of MS-Office Applications with advanced Excel and Word skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Creating accounting records for bank payments and collections.
• Generating accounting entries for service invoices; addressing reimbursements, price differences, exchange rate difference invoices, returns, bonuses, and price variances.
• Performing reconciliation transactions for vendor and customer accounts, and BA-BS reconciliations.
• Handling e-invoice and e-archive invoice cancellation and objection processes.
• Assisting in providing the required documents and reports during internal and external audit processes.
• Tracking and managing the archiving of accounting vouchers.
