Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 40 stores and online in 9 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Expansion Manager” with the following skills and qualifications;

• Prepare 5-year Expansion Strategic Plan
• Manage and controls the annual new openings budget, responsible of all location/lease negotiation
• Checks and tracks the monthly rent, common expenses, other costs of existing stores, align with P&L.
• Makes extension protocols for existing locations, conducts feasibility and obtains overseas approvals if necessary.
• Determines the scope of Renovation to be carried out during the year, prepare the related budget , plan the  program, obtains the senior management approvals and ensure  the coordination is done.
• Decides main management and tender processes of the openings and renovations. Makes contractor / consultant agreements / negotiations.
• Overseas approval and general decision/coordination of layout, concept material details of the openings and renovations
• Tracks the monthly / annual budget.
• Ensure the necessary Maintenance operations of existing stores is done properly and within deadline.
