Right now, we are looking for a "HR BP" to join us in Istanbul Head Office.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in  Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships within company
• Experience in handling employee relations issues and conflicts
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description

• Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and communication.
• Responsible from recruitment  processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews for the defined cluster.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Conduct training sessions on HR topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and performance management.
• Manage the HRIS system (Success Factors) and ensure data accuracy and integrity for the defined cluster.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure Siegwerk Turkey remains a competitive employer.
• This role will be reporting to Regional HR Manager & SF EMEA HR (Nurcan Bozkurt).
