Key Responsibilities:

• Tracks material PRs and issues POs in the system, places POs at Suppliers, provides PO Confirmation , issues the confirmation in the system, arranges shipment if needed and follows up delivery to the plant.
• SAP System Update every 15 days.
• Controlling the set of shipping documents and original set arrival.
• Strategical Supplier Relationship Management in operational aspect.
• Managing PO distribution with optimum landed cost allocation by consolidation and all other possibilities.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a similar field
• Good communicator, team player, dynamic, goal oriented, highly flexible and hardworking
• Min. 5 years of work experience in total
• Strong analytical problem solving ability and excellent negotiation skills
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results - orientation
