1. Bachelor's degree or above, related majors in architecture, civil engineering, construction engineering; electrical engineering, structural engineering, photovoltaic project management or related majors preferred; 

2. Familiar with the overall construction, management and construction process of photovoltaic EPC projects. 

3. More than 3 years of photovoltaic engineering management experience; 

4. Good communication and coordination ability, and subcontract management ability, with rich construction technical management experience, familiar with the construction management and quality control construction specifications and requirements, familiar with the work flow and links of the construction site. 

5. Preferably with a builder's license or related certificates in electrical engineering. 

6. Preferably with foreign project execution experience and fluent English communication. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organizing on-site construction management of photovoltaic projects, including safety, quality, progress control, and personnel, material and equipment management;

2. Proficient in English and Turkish for effective communication;

3. Coordinating relationships and effectively handling various situations in a timely manner;

4. Responsible for on-site civil and installation guidance, commissioning, with the ability to coordinate installations and and commissioning effectively. 

5. Organizing personnel to review completion documents, manage completion acceptance processes, and handle downstream engineering settlements.

6. Engaging in local construction subcontracting, procurement negotiation, contract signing and execution in Turkey.
