Required Skills : 

• Graduated from the relevant departments of the communication faculty of universities, i.e. marketing, business administration, engineering
• Worked at least 5 years as Marketing Communication Specialist in a similar job,
  
• Preferably experience in pneumatics, automation or industrial product industry,
• Good command of English is a must,
• Good command of MS Program Skills (Word,Excel,Powerpoint...etc),
• Experience with Photoshop / in design or photo editing software, trados or similar programs would be an asset,
• Good communication skills, reliable, self-motivated and starter, hard-worker, team player,
• Has no travel restriction and accommodation in different cities,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates,

Job Description :

• Exhibitions: All preparations (agreement, design, construction of the booth, product displays, printed materials, recording of customer visits etc.) and reporting after the exhibitions, following up sales leads,
• Advertisements: Design of adverts according to product promotion plan, agreement with industrial magazines and press, defining the most effective media and measuring effectiveness of adverts, promoting brand and products effectively,
• Social Media: Actively promoting brand and products, announcing events within official SMC social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.),
• Press Releases: Preparations of company news, interviews, product releases, following up market and industry news,
• Customer Events: Preparation of all regional or industry related customer events, reporting after the events and following up sales leads with sales force. Organizing customer dinners during Ramadan. Organizing in-house or customer’s side seminars or fairs, liaising with important associations,
• Promotional Materials: Finding creative give away promotional materials for year end, customer events and exhibitions,
• Printed Materials: Translation, designing or creating new brochures, catalogues, posters etc. Creating company introduction presentations and brochures,
• WEB Page: Translation and updating local information on a regular basis, translating electronic bulletins,
• Customer Surveys: Conducting customer satisfaction surveys in a certain period of the year, analyzing results and reporting to top Management,

Public Relations:

• All other marketing, public relation activities. Promotion of SMC brand in Turkish market, increasing brand awareness and image
