We are looking for a "Sales Team Lead" to join our growing team.

QUALİFİCATİONS

• Graduated from minimum associate degree departments of universities,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Health or preferably Health Tourism sectors,
• Has been in team management before,
• Able to use oral and written English actively,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Able to carry out the relevant reporting processes of the sales unit,
• Proficient in sales and customer relations,
• Strong problem solving skills and questioning ability,
• Having corporate identity and brand image awareness,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively

JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Daily flow of sales team,
  
• Examining correspondence and creating an action plan upon the request of the sales team in specific cases,
• Ensuring Task Follow-Up control and conducting meeting processes with the sales team,
• Ensuring management and control of WABA - Meta - Whatsapp platforms,
• Ensuring junk data control,
• Carrying out department-wide sales and data control processes,
• Carrying out doctor treatment plan processes and providing pricing studies
