Budget & Reporting Specialist

 We are looking for a ‘Budget & Reporting Specialist” to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, as well as experience with project controlling.

 Role:

Prepare and develop the company's budget by coordinating relevant departments/business units.

Periodically monitor the budget and present the necessary financial information to top management

Lead the month-end closing activities and prepare timely reporting of operating data to compare actual performance and report deviations,

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.

Generate management reports to provide financial insight and information,

Coordinate and manage independent audit processes.

Drive and assist in cost-saving actions through process improvements to increase profitability.

Manage and seek for optimization opportunities of Cash Flow

Establish and improve systems for financial planning and reporting,

Implement and execute internal control procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3-4 year of relevant experience in financial reporting, planning or project controlling (Big4 background is a plus)

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
