QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferable bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant education,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Paint sector,
  • Possesses the ability to speak and understand English at an advanced level,
  • Ability to work in challenging situations,
  • Strong teamwork and time management skills,
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude,
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly,
  • High fluency in Spanish or French language (preferably),
  • Travel flexibility,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Making meets with customers for foreign sales, checking the customer needs, creating an order request in the customer and responsible for the sales,
  • Establishing a forceful and long-term sustainable business relationship with new,      customers and  Making new customer visits in abroad if needed,
  • Following field activities in relevant markets and providing new customer collaborations,
  • Carrying out necessary actions for market growth, availability, and sales volume,
  • Effectively executing business plans and sales strategies of the company,
  • Identify trends, wins and opportunities to develop business plans and sales strategies that drive the revenue growth and profitability,
  • Analysing Key Performance Indicators (sales, vehicle traffic, etc.) for gaining new customers and finding new markets in abroad,
  • Manage all sales and marketing activities within designated region,
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business,
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network,
  • ldentify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client's organization.
