We are looking for 'Quality Engineer' for our Turkey Plant, will take a role in Quality Department with the qualifications below;

What are the general qualifications required for this role?

• Graduated from Engineering Departments,
• At least 1 year of experience in the quality department,
• Good command of English,
• Good command of MS Office Programs (especially Excel or other…?),
• Has a practical, proactive and analytical approach,
• Strength in business follow-up and reporting,
• Prone to teamwork, open to change and learning,
• Has effective communication and relationship management,

What are the responsibilities of this role?

• Prepare the audit plan for all the Process & Process Audits
• Well conversed with all the stages of assembly process conduct process audit in all assembly cell / lines
• Performing various product audits and ensure defect free products to customers
• Working with the internal and external CFT teams to execute the quality requirements
• Conducting new products audits and various stages Beta and QP, build tractors and add value to NP
• Re confirmation of 4P/5P requirements and failure prevention for the field issues which are received through CPQ
• Focusing to improve the CRA / Dyno related checks and tests
• Creating QCT through risk assessment of CTQ from specification
• ECN fitment Validation
• RCA & Action plan for customer complaints
• Ensuring the incoming (Turkey supplier) part control
