General Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties of Universities (Preferably Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering)
• At least 3 years of business experience,
• Have analytical thinking ability,
• Able to adapt to teamwork,
• Having the competence to make decisions and take responsibility,
• Fluent in English

Job Description

• To carry out the management and management of the Unit/Unit affiliated to him/her
• Monitoring the productivity of the teams reporting to him/her
• Able to actively work in the business/field,
• Organizing work regarding production continuity,
• To detect problems occurring in the production process, to identify factors that negatively affect quality and to implement corrective/preventive actions,
• To ensure that the production program is carried out in line with the targets in the determined quality and time,
• Arranging the maintenance and repair times of devices and machines and ensuring this is carried out,
• Ensuring equipment is used correctly and resolving problems,
• Checking for necessary maintenance and repairs,
• To ensure that information and records regarding all processes related to it are kept regularly and on time, to control the reliability of the data, analyze and report it,
