GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Quality System Specialist" teammate to work in the Quality Department to be assigned to the production facility in Tekirdağ Süleymanpaşa (Center), which produces in the Food Industry. 

•         Graduate of Food Engineering department,
•         Experience in Quality Management Systems (Preferably at least 2 years)
•         Able to use office programs, preferably used QDMS,
•         Male candidates must have completed military service,
•         Able to ensure team coordination
•         Preferably with a good level of English,
•         Proficient in BRC Food and/or FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Management systems,
•         Preferably have an Internal Auditor certificate,
•         Residing/able to reside in Tekirdağ Center,
•         Able to use MS Office programs well, have advanced reporting skills,
•         Successful in human relations, good presentation and communication skills,
•         Able to think analytically, have developed planning and organizational skills,
•         Careful, disciplined, detail-oriented, result-oriented, practical,
•         Responsible, experienced in system establishment and development,
•         Have effective communication and representation skills,
•         Knowledgeable about international quality and food safety systems,

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•        To make and carry out the necessary plans with departments and units for certification and audit processes,
•        Ensuring documentation, system establishment, improvement and updating of installed systems and their follow-up, and verification of corrective measures taken,
•        Planning, reporting and monitoring internal audit processes,
•        To initiate work on Corrective and Preventative  actions and to follow up on actions related to the activities and to report them monthly and annually.
•        Creating control plans and managing reports,
•         Supporting/conducting training activities on Quality and Food Safety and designing and providing training as needed
•         Conducting Risk and Opportunity Assessments and carrying out process development and improvement studies
•        Representing the company in all independent audits
•        Being responsible for managing the document system used and ensuring that the system is updated in line with its needs,
•        Records, forms, etc. that need to be kept regarding the process. tracking, checking accuracy,
•        Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the internal quality management system,
•        To ensure that all team members work in compliance with quality systems and policies,
•        Preparing weekly, monthly or quarterly quality management reports and presenting them to the Quality Manager
