Job Description

• Analyzing global and local composite industry reports for assessment of a variety of markets, industries, competitive landscape evaluation of project opportunities considering technical, financial and regulatory issues,

• Reiteration of the importance of the business plan in achieving the company's growth objectives.

• Responsible for turnover profitability and achieving annual & monthly sales target for new business opportunities in Turkey & EU

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.

• Develop, implement and follow-up on customer strategies and marketing initiatives

• Develop and maintain high-level plans, timelines and follow-up our strategy within agreed budget, based on strategy.

• Evaluating potential geographic for renewable energy and composite projects and providing input to models and business scenarios,

• Implement Channel Strategy and develop/manage customer portfolio by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and identifying additional business opportunities with new customers/verticals/influencers

• Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects, drive specification of METYX and convert these tenders into leads

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Management or Engineering; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Automotive, Aerospace or Composite sectors
  • Fluent in English & Turkish  
  • At least 10+ year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies .
  • Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
  •  Excellent team player and multi-tasking skills
  •  High degree of self-motivation & accuracy performs well under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result- orientation, self-organization.

Preferred Candidate

8 - 16 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
