We are looking for a Sales Director who meets the following qualifications

• Fluent in English,
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate and/or construction sector,
• Experience in working with CRM systems
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports,
• Ensure the realization of the determined sales targets,
• Monitor and periodically report contract processes
• The project will be able to provide information about the project to customers coming to the sales office and provide feedback,
• He/she will make periodic reports to the manager to whom he/she reports,
• Will be able to ensure regular entry and updating of customer records,
• Have a good command of the dynamics of the real estate/construction sector and will be able to follow current developments,
• High persuasion skills, teamwork , able to work at a busy pace,
• Good command of Office programs,
• High energy, smiling face, giving importance to customer satisfaction,
• Have a class B driver's license and can actively drive,
• Completed military service for male candidates
