Key accountabilities 

• Assists the Learning and Development Director in the development, communication and implementation of the hotel’s learning and development plan based on HSH global learning strategy and the Hotel’s learning and development needs.
• Assists planning trainings to ensure the employees are competent and skilled in their role with an emphasis on delivering guest and culture driven initiatives which are aligned to the HSH Core Principles and the Peninsula Service Principles.
• Champions and supports the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure all information is accurate and training is actioned and followed up in a timely manner.
• Assists promoting the usage of Learning Key and enriching the content by creating engaging training online courses/ videos.
• Participates in researching training programs and staff activities by participating in functional brainstorming sessions.
• Assists in localizing programs implemented by the head office to ensure the hotel needs are met and communicated.
• Recommends external resources that will address the learning and development requirements of colleagues.

 
General requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in a similar role within in a Luxury Hotel environment is preferred.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
• Strong Presentation and communication skills. Naturally warm, with positive mindset, open to learning new ideas, and detail oriented.
