Who We're Looking For: We are seeking talented web developers, both junior and senior, to join our dynamic and motivated team. This opportunity is open to Syrian citizens living in Turkey under GKAS protection and other nationalities under UKSK (refugees with international protection) or SUY (social integration assistance) from countries like (Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran ) as part of the FOSTER Project Employment Committed SME Support Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance our Business Intelligence software, TURBOARD.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced developers to create sustainable software products.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Skills and Requirements:

• Junior Developers: Some experience in web software development is preferred, but not mandatory. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a supportive environment is key.
• Senior Developers: 3+ years of experience in web software development (a degree in Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one of the JavaScript frameworks such as React, VueJS, EmberJS, or Angular (Vue.JS V3 is used in E-Kalite).
• Experience with Python/Django needed for Senior candidates.
• Familiarity with writing standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JS.
• Knowledge of web servers (like Nginx/Apache), database management systems, and Linux environment is a plus.
• Sensibility to write clean code and a real drive to implement decent and sustainable software products.
• Proficiency in English to understand task definitions and write comments.
