· Responsible for the Order to Shipment and Return processes of the multi-brand, multi-channel organization.

· Managing order processing, shipping, and returns of the multi-brand, multi-channel organization, communicating with central CS & DC for the product flow and order releases.

· Updating internal and external customers on product availability, order status, and shipping updates.

· Providing exceptional customer service by efficiently and accurately handling customer transactions via inbound calls and email.

· Handling daily DC operations; inbound and outbound deliveries via local 3PL DC. Closely reviewing and reporting 3PL performance with respect to KPI’s.

· Collaborating with Sales, Credit and Planning teams with respect to monthly Forecasts and Order Management, Shipment, Returns.

Qualifications

· University degree in business administration, finance, logistics and/or engineering

· 2+ years of experience in apperal, footware, textile business (retail, reporting, analyzing etc.)

· Fluency in English for written and oral communication

· Excellent command of MS Office applications

· High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented environment

· Data entry skills, including proofreading;

· Ability to adopt and support business processes & systems;

· Able to work in flexible working hours.
