VS ANDROS is a fast-growing Food company, marketing leading semi dried tomatoes and the primary processing of fruits. 

We are looking for a highly motivated Foreign Trade And Sales Responsible. 

We are flexible approach to remote working. Though we encourage at least 2-3 days a week in our beautiful factory in Aydın/Germencik for optimal collaboration. 

The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below;

Requirements:

     Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or other related fields

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and business development in Food Service sector.

·       Knowledge of export procedures and regulations

·       Excellent command of written and spoken English and preferably French or Arabic languages

·       Advanced level of MS Office skills

·       Strong demonstration of the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

·       Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

·       Excellent job follow up and communication skills

·       Ability and willingness to work independently with a holistic approach to achieve the targets

·       Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

 Job Description: 

·        Analyses global industry trends for potential new markets and business opportunities,

·        Design market research constructs, requirements, and procedures,

·        Develop customer loyalty plans for international markets.

·       Specifying sales and distribution channels, setting up successful business development and new market entry strategies both for semi dried tomatos and frozen fruit purees products.

·        Visiting export markets regularly for monitoring competitors, doing market research and meeting customers,

·        Establish marketing objectives and strategies for customer acquisition and retention programs.

·        Analyzing market data, following trends and undertaking competition analysis to expand product penetration in the target markets

·        Developing and successfully implementing business plans for increasing the market share of VS Andros brands

·        Developing and negotiating commercial contracts (price, deadlines, quantity),

·        Organizing and supervising the logistical aspects of the company's exports (transportation and distribution).

·        Follow-up of processes, including foreign trade, logistics, customs clearance, transactions with letter of credit,

·        Working closely with relevant persons inside the company to ensure that the whole export process goes properly.

·        Checking that trade agreements are implemented

·        Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts

·        Analises the economic, commercial and financial results and profitability of the activity according to the determined targets,

·        Reporting the commercial activity (volume, margin) to the general manager.
