Job Description:

• To ensure the standardization of planning processes and improvement of the methods,
• To complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems.
• To make material planning according to monthly basis ForeCast and determine total demand.
• Work together with Procurement team to improve Supply Chain efficiencies of raw materials.
• Collaborate with sales and CTS teams to ensure monthly forecasts are provided timely in order to assess end to end operational capacity and to do the production plan of make to stock, make to order products and get priorities to do necessary revision at the production plan.
• To make process development studies that simplify work.
• To prepare weekly, monthly reports, & KPI reports
• To organize and make back up plans,
• To analyze all break downs and improve cause and effects

Skills & Essentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of planning management within a manufacturing environment.
• General process understanding in the value chain
• Deep understanding of processes (not mandatorily Webasto) in the related functional area (e.g. SCM, Warehouse management, Production, Sales Order Management, …)
• SAP experience (or other integrated ERP systems) combined with a certain affinity to IT systems.
• Interest in working in an international team
• Motivation to participate in continuous improvement activities
• Participation as a key user in an SAP S/4 rollout project
• Improved problem solving skills, result-oriented
• Ability to make critical decisions
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks using initiative
• Having knowledge of Lean Tools
• Excellent command of English speaking and writing
