Purpose of Role: This role will be responsible to work with production, supply chain and sales teams to improve quality performance, implement quality systems/processes and process controls. 

Managing/performing of examination the products and materials according to the quality control plan and ensures that the company and customer compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage incoming and process quality control, ensuring customer requirements are understood and followed.
• Guide quality and technical activities to maintain product integrity through all manufacturing stages.
• Monitor trends in quality defects, analyze results, and initiate corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis.
• Coordinate the acceptance or rejection of materials and products at various stages.
• Resolve supplier manufacturing issues, manage quality relationships with suppliers and customers, and conduct supplier audits.
• Implement proactive process improvements and maintain a continuous improvement environment.
• Manage and execute PPAP and advanced quality planning processes.
• Determine equipment calibration needs, perform calibrations, and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 through planning and internal auditing.
• Deliver regular reports and track KPI performance.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• University Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP QM module is a big plus.
• Quality Management Systems Auditing experience.
• Essential knowledge of quality management systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
• Knowledge of mining manufacturing equipment and processes, and product testing methods is a great advantage.
