We are looking for “Supply Chain & Logistics Sr. Specialist” for our Bursa-Gemlik Plant with below major tasks and qualifications.

MAJOR TASKS:

• Tracking of customer orders,
• Contacting the customer regarding planning and deliveries, ensuring that the requested information is given and received,
• Coordination of logistics activities with plant and customer,
• Analysis of customer demands,
• Creation of master data and relevant parameters in the ERP system,
• Contacting with plant regarding planning and deliveries to ensure coverage to customer,
• Organization of daily, weekly, monthly meetings with production plants and customer,
• Preparation of shipment lists, tracking shipment days, truck / truck organization,
• Creation of shipment transactions in the ERP system,
• Follow-up of critical parts from customer,
• Maintenance of the correct demand in the ERP system,
• Reporting and follow up of KPIs.

QUALIFICATOINS:

• Residence in Bursa
• Good PC Skills (MS Office, SAP)
• Preferably with experience in wiring field
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics
• Graduated from numerical departments of the university, engineering, mathematics, statistics, etc.
  
• Good command of English both in written and spoken (Part of the interview will be held in English)
• Good communication and team working skills
